Instructions to Configure
Email on Outlook
- On standard tool bar go to Tools
then to E-mail Accounts.

- Select "Add a new e-mail account"
Then the "Next" Button

- Select "Pop3"
Then the "Next" Button

- Fill in
Your Name:
E-mail Address:
Incoming mail-server (pop3):
Outgoing mail-server (SMTP):
User Name: (Important - user name must be youremail @
yourdomain.com)
Password:
Then
select the "More Settings" button

- On the "General Tab"
Enter the name by which you would like to refer to this account in your
outlook

- On the "Outgoing Server" Tab
Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Select - "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
Then hit
the "OK" button

- Then the "Next" Button

Then the "Finish" Button

- Click Finish.

10. Hit the "Send/Receive" Button
to check the account and see if it is
set up properly
